What Does Our Product Warranty Cover?
Your Iron Flask comes with a warranty against manufacturing defects.
Manufacturing defects:
- Leakage
- Insulation Flaws
- Rattling noise
Manufacturing defects for Accessories:
- Spout and Straw Lid Sets
- Silicone Protective Boots
- Paracord Handle
Damages during shipping:
- If your Iron Flask was purchased through our website and then damaged during transit, please send us an email at support@ironflask.com so we can discuss your options.
- If you purchased your bottle through another seller such as Amazon, please request a refund from Amazon and state the reason as "damaged during transit."
Gift
It's nice to receive an Iron Flask product as a gift! For warranty claims, please follow the steps below and we'll guide you through the process!

What Our Warranty Does Not Cover
Please remember that our product warranty only covers manufacturing defects and does not apply to damages caused by:
- Improper use
- Improper cleaning practices
- Modifications/Customization
- Accidents causing damage to the product
- Wear and tear (leaking after more than a year of usage, broken lids, dents, blemishes, chipped paint)
At our discretion, we may ask you to verify the defect through other means, such as sending photos or videos of the product.
Does the Warranty Apply to International Orders?
If you have warranty questions about an order shipped outside the U.S., please contact us at support@ironflask.com for information regarding our international order warranty.
